Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using p001.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

p001.ai is a marketplace for discovering, publishing, and purchasing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Users can browse free and paid MCPs, publish their own, and earn revenue through Stripe Connect.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content & Publishing

By publishing an MCP on the platform, you represent that you have the right to distribute the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant p001.ai a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it through the marketplace.

You agree not to publish content that is malicious, deceptive, illegal, or violates any applicable laws.

5. Payments & Fees

Paid MCPs are processed through Stripe. The platform charges a 10% fee on each sale. Payouts to publishers are handled by Stripe Connect according to their terms. All prices are displayed in USD. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Publishing malware or malicious code
• Impersonating another user or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Scraping or harvesting data from the platform
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions

7. Intellectual Property

The p001.ai name, logo, and platform design are the property of p001.ai. Users retain intellectual property rights to the MCPs they publish. Nothing in these terms transfers IP rights except the limited distribution license described above.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of MCPs published by third-party users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, p001.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which p001.ai operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
